T.Y. Harbor Brewery

Spontaneous, company-sponsored lunch at T.Y. Harbor Brewery (review from bento.com here; lunch was much better value than the dinner prices indicated there, but be prepared to wait for a table) on Tennozu Airu. Made a nice change from the usual convenience store cuisine.

(Incredibly, despite being a brewery, beer didn't seem to be an option on the lunch menu).

That's pretty strange to have that kind of name but without the beer.

I'd expect locally brewed beer.

Sigh. What did you eat?

It is actually a brewery (see the website), you can order drinks at the bar at the entrance, and apparently the beer is very good. I suppose as the lunchtime customers are mainly from the surrounding offices, alchohol is not really an option (the choice was ice tea or hot coffee).

I very boringly had chicken terayaki sandwiches (featured in the blurry mobile phone picture above), it being lunchtime and anything heavier makes me want to go for a siesta.
