It's all Chinese to me

Mrs. Penguin was at an exhibition of everyday culture in the former GDR in the small town of Eisenhüttenstadt southeast of Berlin, where she came across this exhibit on some youth mass games event from many years ago (from the design I'd guess the 1950s). Unfortunately, while the organisers of the event had gone to the trouble of getting a Chinese translation (handwritten, presumably getting hold of a Chinese typeset back then wasn't an easy option) for this document, evidently no-one had thought to include a note as to which way up it should go, and the law of averages dictates that there's a 50% chance of the printers putting it in upside down...

Antipodean Chinese

For those of you who don't want to turn your monitor upside down to decipher what's actually written there, it's 筹備委員會 (choubei weiyuanhui).

(The other section of Chinese text, partially visible on the top right, accounts for the 50% chance of it being put in the right way up).
